Do I need a membership or contract to use your service?
No membership is required at all. You call us when you need help and pay for that job only. No annual fees, no subscription plans, no contracts.

What is your no fix, no fee guarantee?
If our technician cannot resolve your issue, you do not pay a penny. If we cannot fix your vehicle at the roadside, we arrange recovery at no extra charge.

Are you available on bank holidays and Christmas?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including Christmas Day, New Year, Easter, and all UK bank holidays. We never close.

Do you provide mobile tyre fitting at my location?
Yes. We offer mobile tyre replacement at your home, workplace, or roadside location. In most cases we carry the correct tyre and can fit it in under 30 minutes.

What information do I need for mobile tyre fitting?
We need your exact location or postcode, vehicle registration number, the correct tyre size from the sidewall (e.g. 205/55 R16), and a brief description of the issue.

Can you replace run-flat tyres at the roadside?
Yes, subject to correct tyre size, availability, and vehicle compatibility. Our team will confirm suitability during the booking call.

What if I do not know my tyre size?
Your tyre size is printed on the tyre sidewall — it looks like 205/55 R16. Just call us and we will talk you through where to find it step by step.

How much does emergency roadside assistance cost in the UK?
The cost depends on location, time of day, service type, and vehicle condition. We provide clear transparent quotes before any work begins with no hidden charges.

Do I need to pay a deposit before dispatch?
In most cases a deposit is required to secure technician allocation. Deposits count toward the total quoted price and are not additional fees.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure electronic card payments. Payment or deposit confirmation is required before technician dispatch in most cases.

What happens if I cancel after booking?
If you cancel before dispatch a refund may be reviewed. After dispatch, call-out charges may apply. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. We provide 24/7 battery jump start services. Our technician will also test the battery health before leaving.

Can you deliver emergency fuel if I run out?
Yes. Our emergency fuel delivery service covers petrol and diesel across all UK service areas. We deliver the right fuel to your exact location.

Are your technicians qualified and insured?
Every technician is DVSA certified and fully insured. They carry their own trade insurance and equipment. Roadway Assist coordinates all service delivery.

Our technician will advise you of a revised price before any work begins. You are never charged more without your prior agreement.

Yes. Move to the hard shoulder, switch on your hazard lights, and call us. Give us your junction number and we dispatch the nearest technician immediately.
